国家地理图书馆同时也是美国国家地理Our World教材(河北区)教学示范中心，是本套教材的代理商与推广机构。除自身的示范性教学工作外，同时肩负着合作中小学及培训机构的教师培训、教研支持、课后辅导等功能。

职位月薪： 4000-6000元

薪资构成：基础工资+绩效工资+课时费+年终奖
岗位职责：
1、负责英语课程的教学工作;
2、定期参与教学教研工作;
3、及时向助教反馈学生学习情况，配合助教与学生及家长保持沟通，共同促进学生学习成绩和能力的提高;
4、参加学校组织的各项试听课或公开课活动，配合学校其他部门完成市场推广宣传工作;
5、完成领导临时交办的其他工作。
Job Responsibilities:
1, responsible for the teaching of English curriculum;
2, regular participation in teaching and research work;
3, timely feedback to the Teaching assistant about students learning, with the teaching assistants and students and parents to maintain communication, and jointly promote students ' learning performance and ability to improve;
4, participate in the school to organize the test lectures or open class activities, with other departments of the school to complete marketing promotion;
5. Finish the other work assigned by the leader temporarily.
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，本科以上优先;
2、有英语从业或海外留学经历者优先，雅思或托福等相关英语考试成绩将作为录取参考;
3、英语口语标准，性格外向，喜欢与小孩子接触;
4、薪资构成：底薪+绩效+课时费+奖金
5、转正后缴纳五险
Job Requirement:
1, college degree or above, bachelor degree or above is preferable;
2, having English or overseas study experience is preferable, IELTS or TOEFL and other related English test results will be accepted as a reference;
3, fluent oral English , the disposition extroversion, likes with the child contact;
4, salary composition: Basic salary + Lesson fee + Bonus + Recommended person Commission (no task pressure, not just need)
5, after being a formal staff five insurances paid
